As kids, we all took art classes and lamented about how bad we were at it. Or at least I did!
I loved art class, but somehow what I imagined never quite made it onto the page, into the clay, or whatever medium we happened to be using.
So, once art classes were no longer required, I avoided them and pursued music instead. Still a creative endeavor, but one where I felt a little less exposed as part of a group rather than having my individual creations on display.
Then, several years ago, a friend came to my house with some polymer clay and a collection of tools. She sat down at my dining room table, showed me how everything worked, and let me loose.
My first creation was a snail with a bright, colorful shell who couldn’t quite stand upright on his own, followed by a hummingbird. I still have the hummingbird, although the snail disappeared somewhere during a move. I still miss that little guy!
But that afternoon, I was hooked!
I had discovered this fantastic medium that let me take the things I imagined and turn them into something I could actually hold.
Of course, my creativity doesn’t stop at the craft table.
It also finds its way into my kitchen, where I love cooking, experimenting, and creating new-ish dishes just to see what happens.
More recently, I’ve expanded into fragrances, combining my love of beautiful scents with my interest in numerology and the energetic correspondences of essential oils.
And somehow, all these different creative adventures have found a home here at Erato’s Enlightenment.
Aligned Elixirs
Aligned Elixirs are personalized fragrances inspired by your numerology chart and created with you in mind.
Think of it as treating yourself to a beautiful new scent that’s designed around your unique numbers, preferences, and intentions.
If you’ve already had a numerology chart done with me, we’ll use that as our starting point. If not, don’t worry! We’ll create your chart and use what we discover to begin designing your fragrance together.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore individual scents, discover what appeals to you, and participate in creating your own blend.
Aligned Elixirs are made with pure essential oils and organic jojoba oil, along with an herb and crystal you select from my collection.
The result is a fragrance that reflects your personal preferences and the intentions you’ve chosen for it.
Aligned Elixirs can be created in person at an upcoming show or through a Zoom appointment. Either way, we’ll work together to create something that feels uniquely yours.
Tea Pops
Tea Pops are wonderfully flavorful, amber-colored lollipops made with honey sourced from just down the road from me. I’ve even met the bees!
They’re made without artificial colors or flavors, using essential oils labeled for human consumption in carefully measured amounts.
And despite their name, Tea Pops don’t actually contain tea!
They earned their name because you can enjoy them in two different ways. Eat one as a delicious honey lollipop, or stir it into a cup of hot water and let it melt into a warm, flavorful drink.
It’s entirely up to you!
Tea Pops are also available in larger quantities for party favors, gifts, and special occasions. For an extra personal touch, labels can be customized to celebrate your event.

Clay Creations
I work with a lot of heart and imagination, a little polymer or air-dry clay, and sometimes a collection of other interesting objects to create art that’s occasionally useful, sometimes wearable, but always fun, funky, and full of personality.
What can I say? I like being original!
Inspiration comes from all sorts of places. Sometimes it’s a book I’m reading, something I noticed in a movie, something I saw outside, or simply an idea that popped into my head.
I love sitting at my worktable, experimenting with materials, and watching those ideas turn into little creations of their own.
Some pieces are practical. Others are purely decorative. And some seem to develop personalities that make me think they’re just waiting for the right person to come along and adopt them.
I hope you enjoy discovering them as much as I enjoy making them.
