Have you ever had the feeling that if you just had the right information, you’d understand things a little better?
I know I have.
When I find myself looking for more insight, two of the tools I turn to are numerology and osteomancy. Both have long histories, and while they’re very different from one another, each offers its own way of looking at ourselves and the world around us.
Numerology — Discovering Your Personal Blueprint
Numerology is the study of the energy and meaning of numbers.
There are several different methods of numerology, but the one I prefer works primarily with the numbers 1 through 9, each with its own meaning and characteristics.
To begin exploring your personal blueprint, we use your name and birth date to create a chart. We start with five important numbers, some of which you may already recognize.
Your Expression Number
Derived from your name, this number represents the impression others may have when they hear your name or meet you. Because it’s connected to the name you use, this number can change. Understanding it can offer insight into how others may perceive you.
Your Life Path Number
Calculated from your birth date, your Life Path Number represents the broader purpose or direction of your life. It doesn’t tell you exactly how to get there, but it may offer guidance, perspective, or confirmation as you make your own decisions.
Your Soul Urge Number
Another number derived from your name, your Soul Urge reflects something you desire at a deeper level. We’re not talking about wanting a new car or a better job, but something more fundamental to who you are.
Your Personality Number
Despite its name, this number doesn’t describe your entire personality. That involves all the numbers in your name and birth date working together. Instead, this number helps explore how you see yourself and how you feel about the person you are.
Your Skill Number
Derived from your birth date, this represents a natural ability you came into the world with. It’s not necessarily something you learned in a classroom. In fact, you may use this ability every day without even realizing it. And while others may share the same number, the way you express that skill is uniquely yours.
But That’s Only the Beginning
For me, these five numbers are just the starting point.
Every number appearing in your name and birth date contributes something to your personal blueprint. By bringing those numbers together in a more complete chart, we can explore how their different energies interact and influence one another.
This gives us a fuller picture than the five main numbers alone.
Once we’ve explored your chart, we can also use that information in other ways. It might help us look at how outside circumstances interact with your personal patterns, or become the foundation for something created especially for you, such as an Aligned Elixir.
Osteomancy — Finding Insight in the Patterns
Osteomancy is the practice of casting bones and interpreting the patterns they form.
It’s an ancient method of divination with a history that reaches back into humanity’s past.
Unlike numerology, which works through numbers and calculations, osteomancy is a more intuitive practice.
When I cast the bones, I look at how the pieces land, their relationships to one another, and the patterns they create. Together, these offer a way to explore a question or situation from another perspective.
You don’t need to know anything about bone casting before having a reading. Curiosity and an open mind are plenty.
Osteomancy can be experienced on its own or alongside a numerology reading. Although the two methods are very different, they can complement one another beautifully.
Reading Options & Pricing
Whether you’re interested in exploring your personal numerology chart, experiencing a bone casting, or combining the two, there’s an option for you.
| Reading | Price |
|---|---|
| Numerology Reading | $50 |
| Osteomancy Reading | $25 |
| Combined Numerology & Osteomancy Reading | $65 |
The combined reading offers both experiences together, with a $10 savings compared to booking them separately.
All readings are available online or in person at events, with the same pricing for both.
Where Would You Like to Begin?
Maybe you’re curious about what your numbers might reveal. Maybe you have a situation you’d like to explore through bone casting. Or perhaps you’re not quite sure which approach interests you most.
That’s perfectly fine.
If you’d like to learn more or schedule a reading, let’s find a time to talk about what you’re looking for and which approach might be a good fit.
